What happens in your viewing session

Your viewing session is where you see your finished images, choose your favourites, and build the package that suits your family.

  • Who should attend: all key decision makers, up to 5 adults.
  • What to expect: image reveal, product guidance, and ordering support.
  • Important: images not purchased at your appointment are deleted shortly afterwards.

Session flow

  • 1. Arrive together: please bring everyone who needs to approve your order.
  • 2. View your images: we guide you through your gallery and help shortlist favourites.
  • 3. Build your order: choose digitals, prints, wall art, or a custom mix.
  • 4. Checkout: pay in full or use eligible finance options in studio.
  • 5. Delivery timeline: digitals are sent quickly, and printed products follow after production.

Order and delivery

Digital purchases are delivered within 24 hours. Prints, canvases, and frames usually return to studio in around 3 to 4 weeks.

Finance options

We offer Klarna and Clearpay in studio. Both are interest free and available on spends over £149. You only need your mobile number to apply.

Klarna

Spread the cost over 3 instalments: one at your viewing, one after 30 days, and one after 60 days.

Clearpay

Spread the cost over 4 instalments, paid every 2 weeks.

Viewing FAQ

Who should attend the viewing session?

Please make sure all key members of your family attend, up to a maximum of five adults. Any images not purchased during your viewing session will be deleted shortly afterwards.

Who owns the copyright of the images?

Once payment is completed, you will receive an automatic email with login details to access and download the photos you have paid for. You then own copyright to those purchased images and are free to copy or reprint them. Prints included in vouchers remain the property of Wink Photo Studios Ltd and copying is strictly prohibited.

What finance options do you offer?

We offer Klarna and Clearpay at the studio. Both options are interest free and available on spends over £149. Klarna is 3 instalments over 60 days, and Clearpay is 4 instalments every 2 weeks. Terms and conditions apply, 18+ and subject to status.

What should I bring to my viewing session?

You usually only need your mobile number. However, please also bring a form of ID and your bank card in case they are required for Klarna or Clearpay.

What should I do if I need to change my viewing session?

We understand things happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment. Our standard cancellation policy applies, and we will do our best to offer an alternative date and time.

How long will it take to receive photos after my viewing session?

Digital purchases are sent within 24 hours of your viewing session. Physical products such as prints, canvases, and frames usually take around 3 to 4 weeks to return to studio, and we will let you know when they are ready. If you have paid for delivery, this is typically around one week after your viewing appointment.

Can we mix and match different products?

Yes. The viewing guide includes suggested packages, but we are always happy to create a custom package for your needs.

Can you deliver my products?

We can offer home delivery for print orders for £6 using Royal Mail Tracked. Larger items such as canvases, frames, and aluminiums cannot be posted due to risk of damage.
