Pre-Session

  • The session offers are open to one and all. They exist as an introductory offer to make booking with us as easy and as low risk as possible.

    After your portrait sitting a time and date for your private viewing will be agreed when you will be shown in the region of 30-40 images, all our images are of course available for purchase either digitally or as pieces of art for the wall!

  • That’s no problem at all!

    Simply give us a call and we’d be happy to take payment over the phone!

  • Absolutely! We completely understand things happen, and therefore we can rebook or cancel and refund your shoot at no cost as long as we receive at least 48 hours notice of your session time, as this gives us chance to try and rebook the slot.

    Due to our busy schedule, we do operate a strict cancellation policy.

    We will allow clients to rearrange or cancel their photo sessions with 48 hours notice without any penalty. If you need to cancel within 48 hours, you are liable to lose either your session fee or shoot deposit. You can rearrange or cancel your session using the link on your booking email.

  • Yes!

    Our online gallery service is extremely popular. You will receive an online gallery containing links to your purchased images shown to you at your viewing, each at full original resolution ready, for viewing and printing at home.

  • Fortunately it’s now all done as one process!

    You can now book your shoot directly online! You will receive a confirmation email, plus reminder emails and text messages to confirm your attendance.

About Your Session

  • We have had as many as 15 people attending portrait shoots. If you require more than 15 please contact the studio prior to booking and we can discuss your requirements.

  • Absolutely Yes! We love pets at Wink Photography!

    Pets are more than welcome as they are often very important members of your family. Please make the studio aware that a pet will be attending when arranging the appointment. To date we have photographed dogs, cats, hamsters, birds of prey and even a lamb – we are however always open for new challenges!

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards - including American Express cards.

    We now also offer both Clearpay and Klarna, which allows you to split the payment over 4 payments or over a set number of days – this is offered at no extra charge.

    We also accept cash.

  • All images that are shown to you at your viewing will be available for purchase. Please see Our Packages page for more details.

    Your images will be available as prints, canvas, framed prints, aluminium panels or digital files, and we have plenty of different package deals available.

  • We take hundreds of photos – literally! This will get reduced down to around 40 images, sometimes more, sometimes less.

    You will then be able to view these images in your viewing session.

  • If you order a digital package, your gallery will be sent to you as soon as payment has been made.

    Orders for physical products are usually available in 2-3 weeks after ordering. Some items, such as handmade frames, may be slightly longer, but your photographer will confirm times when you order.
