Q. Are there terms and conditions to the £25 Wink Experience offer?

A. The £25 Wink Experience offer is open to one and all. It exists as an introductory offer to make booking with us as easy and as low risk as possible. After your portrait sitting a time and date for your private viewing will be agreed when you will be shown in the region of 20 – 30 images from which a complimentary framed 10” x 8” is chosen, all other images are sold framed and ready to hang on the wall

Q. Can I purchase the images digitally?

A. Our unique DVD service is extremely popular, offering 2 discs in a presentation case. The first disc contains a bespoke slideshow of your images set to music, with the second disc containing jpegs of all the images shown to you at your viewing

Q. I would rather not pay on line – how else can I pay?

A. Please use the contact us page to either email or call us to arrange alternative methods of payment. Payment can be made by credit/debit card, cheque or cash.

Q. After purchasing a portrait sitting on line, how is an appointment made?

A. After purchasing a portrait sitting on line, you will be contacted by the studio to arrange an appointment. If the sitting has been purchased as a gift we will arrange for a gift pack to be sent out by 1st class mail.

Q. Once an appointment is made, is it possible to change it?

A. We understand that it is sometimes necessary to change an appointment. All we asked is that we are given as much notice as possible to allow us to fill the slot with an alternative appointment.

Q. How many people can attend a Wink Experience?

A. We have had as many as 20 people attending portrait shoots. If you require more than 20 please contact the studio prior to booking.

Q. Are pets welcome?

A. Pets are more than welcome as they are often very important members of your family. Please make the studio aware that a pet will be attending when arranging the appointment. To date we have photographed dogs, cats, hamsters, birds of prey and even a lamb – we are however always open for new challenges!

Q. What are the options for purchasing additional images?

A. All images that are shown to you at your viewing will be available for purchase. All our worked is sold framed and ready to hang on the wall - prices range from £75 to £600 (with many other prices and options besides). Our charges are based on the size of frame and we do not charge extra for collections of images within one frame.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

A. We accept all major credit and debit cards, together with cheques and of course cash.

Q. Can I spread the cost of purchases?

A. We offer a 12 month interest free payment option (subject to status) for all purchases over £100. An initial down payment of at least 25% is required, with the remaining balance spread over the following 12 months.

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A. Orders take a maximum of 4 weeks to arrive after ordering.

Q. What should I wear?

A. Our portrait sessions are fairly informal and we therefore suggest that your attire is not too formal. For family photographs we recommend an overall clothing look /colour scheme rather then everyone wearing their favourite top which can look a bit of a jumble. There is always time within a shoot for a change of clothes and a selection of accessories can work well. The most important thing however is that you are comfortable in what you are wearing.

Q. How long do you keep my images on file?

A. Your images are kept on file for 2 months after your viewing – we will however keep selected images for future purchase if requested

Q. Can I give a Wink Experience as a gift?

A. A Wink Experience makes a perfect gift and will be sent out in a presentation pack by 1st class post. Gift vouchers start at £25 which purchases a Wink Experience for the recipient including a complimentary framed 10" x 8". If you wish to purchase a gift voucher for more than £25 you are able to stipulate the amount on the gift voucher with any amount over £25 credited towards the cost of purchases for additional images. A £25 gift voucher can either be purchased on line, please navigate to buy now or by calling the studio on 01789 268781. Please call the studio for purchasing gift vouchers greater than £25 and we will arrange a special gift pack to be assembled.

Q. Do you have disabled access?

A. All areas are wheelchair assessable. Please contact the studio in advance if you have specific access requirements.

Q. Is Wink Photography available for franchise?
